The workshop was insightful, informative, thought-provoking, full on great learning and interactive
too. Dr Sen has known treasure of EI and its tools. It also made me reflect on my own traits and
therefore know why and what if I improve in my personal capacity will enable me to achieve greater
heights. I gave it a 10 as it allowed me to access the finer nuances that are underlying to executive
coaching on EI. And I definitely feel this will help me to understand people at work or elsewhere in an
effective way. It will also allow me to help my colleagues at work and create a conducive and healthy
environment necessary for the growth of each co-worker.
